Robert Johnson has relocated to SW Missouri (30 minutes west of Springfield) .He has over 40 yrs. of training reiners, ranch, trail, roping, English (hunters), all-around, breaking young horses and giving adult lessons. He has trained over 25 QH Congress champions, Reining Futurity Champions, numerous AQHA & NRHA National Honor Roll Horses and a World Championship in Reining.
While Specilizing in Reining, Versatile Ranch, Trail (2x Equine Affaire Versatile Horse Champion) and All-Around Horses, Robert's trademark is the use of patient, quiet training methods to develop highly trained, dependable, long lasting horses. From starting horses under saddle by use of a pony horse which helps give the young horse confidence and trust during those first few rides, to finishing show horses in most disciplines, Robert's many years of experiance riding thousands of horses gives him an understanding of their minds and a game plan few others can equal. The completion of our new 70' X 168' indoor arena in July allows for training everyday. The training facility also includes an adjacent 150' X 220' outdoor arena, a trail course and a Cow Tracs training machine. Both arenas have beautiful sand footing for stopping the reiners and to help cushion your horse's legs!
