The MyHorseForSale.com Story
Our story begins with a personal experience that shaped everything we do. In 2002, our founder's dear friend Sarah passed away after battling cancer. Sarah had dedicated her life to raising and training horses with passion and care.
When Sarah could no longer leave the hospital, she faced the heartbreaking task of finding new homes for her beloved animals, including a 20-year-old stallion named "Sleepy."
With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, our founder worked tirelessly to find loving homes for Sarah's horses. During this process, repeated requests for videos of the horses inspired a vision: a platform where sellers could post video listings of horses for sale online.
And so, MyHorseForSale.com was born—dedicated to the memory of Sarah and Sleepy. The beloved stallion lived a full life and passed peacefully in 2010 at the age of 28.
