Account
How do I create an account?
Click the Register link at the top of the page. Enter your email address and create a password. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click the Login link, then select "Forgot Password." Enter your email address and we'll send you instructions to reset your password.
How do I update my account information?
Log in to your account and go to My Account > Profile. From there, you can update your name, email, phone number, and location.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, please contact us through our contact form. We'll process your request and remove all your personal data from our system.
Horse Listings
How do I list a horse for sale?
After logging in, click List Your Horse in the navigation. Fill out the listing form with your horse's details, upload photos, and select a listing plan.
What are the listing plan options?
We offer three plans:
Free: Basic listing with 1 photo, active for 120 days.
Standard ($9.99): Up to 5 photos, 1 video, newsletter inclusion, active for 120 days.
Enhanced ($19.99): Unlimited photos, up to 5 videos, featured badge, homepage placement, and newsletter inclusion.
How do I edit or delete my listing?
Go to My Account > My Horses. Click on the listing you want to modify, then select "Edit" to update details or "Delete" to remove the listing.
How long does my listing stay active?
All listings remain active for 120 days from the date of publication. You'll receive an email notification before your listing expires with options to renew.
Can I add videos to my listing?
Yes! Standard plan members can add 1 YouTube video, and Enhanced plan members can add up to 5 videos. Simply paste your YouTube video URL when creating or editing your listing.
How do I mark my horse as sold?
Go to My Account > My Horses, select your listing, and click "Mark as Sold." Your listing will display a "Sold" badge and remain visible for reference.
Trailers
How do I list a trailer for sale?
Log in and go to My Account > List a Trailer. Provide details about your trailer including make, model, year, condition, and photos.
What types of trailers can I list?
You can list any horse trailer type including bumper pull, gooseneck, straight load, slant load, stock trailers, living quarters, and more.
Are trailer listings the same price as horse listings?
Yes, trailer listings follow the same pricing structure as horse listings: Free, Standard ($9.99), and Enhanced ($19.99) plans.
Real Estate
What types of properties can I list?
You can list ranches, farms, equestrian estates, breeding facilities, boarding facilities, training facilities, and land suitable for horses.
How do I list a property?
Log in and go to My Account > List a Property. Enter property details including acreage, number of stalls, arenas, and amenities.
Can I include property amenities in my listing?
Yes! You can specify amenities such as indoor/outdoor arenas, number of stalls, pastures, fencing type, water source, and house details including bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage.
Buying & Safety
How do I contact a seller?
Click the "Contact Seller" button on any listing to send a message directly to the seller. You'll need to be logged in to send messages.
Is it safe to buy a horse online?
While we verify listings and monitor for fraud, always take precautions when buying online. We recommend: meeting the seller in person, getting a pre-purchase veterinary exam, verifying ownership documents, and never wiring money to someone you haven't met. Read our fraud alert guide for more tips.
How do I report a suspicious listing?
If you encounter a suspicious listing, click the "Report" button on the listing page or contact us directly. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
