About This Horse

This guy is FANCY.His name is Cadillac. He's a true jet black, very rare. Super super broke. Neck reins like a dream, sidepass, should/hips yields, collects up nicely, lopes a pretty little circle. You can drag stuff off him, swing ropes, etc. Rides indoor or outdoor, bareback or saddled, halter or bridle. Just a regular snaffle bit is all he uses. Good in new places and loads/hauls like a gentleman. His ground manners are perfect. He's very respectful and moves his feet where asked and when asked. He never sits back in the halter and stands tied quietly to be brushed, bathed, and saddled. He's also the farriers favorite cause he holds his feet up so nice. Cadillac LOVES kids. Like literally I think he might be heartbroken to leave my daughter. He roams around the yard following her everywhere and soaking up and attention she will give him (she's 2.5 btw). Cadillac is friendly to new horses that enter the herd. If it's "his herd" that he's familiar with then he can be just fine in a mixed group, but if you introduce a new horse he can be really mean unless they become friends first. Cadillac is for sale to an experienced, confident rider only as he can be a little bit quirky with time off if not lunged first. We've just found he comes up with things to worry about in the first 10 minutes of a ride if not warmed up first. * He has had some time off recently and needs to be brought back into work.
