This unique horse is a blue roan and white with the overo pattern. With his exceptional beauty and flashy racking gait, he is sure to get you noticed on the trail or at your local horse shows. Drew was broken and started right here by me last spring, and he has been an easy and willing horse to train. He has been trail ridden countless miles over the last year and is a solid woods horse. He crosses logs and water, handles steep terrain like a pro, and has had turkeys fly up in his face and deer jump up around him. Through it all, he has always been steady and safe on the trail. Not only has Drew been ridden countless trail miles, but he has also been ridden miles and miles on highways and backroads. He is good with all kinds of traffic, including cars, semis, school buses, ATVs, and tractors. Drew has also been to a couple of local horse shows and has competed successfully, earning top ribbons, including winning a youth racking class just this past April. Drew has been a barn favorite here. My summer help, as you will see in the video, has spent the summer riding him, and he has been a lot of fun to have around. Drew will stand to mount and has been shot off of and around on numerous occasions. He stands well when tied, stands for the farrier, and stands to tack up, groom, wash, and clip. If you are wanting a really nice young horse that will get folks’ attention with his flashy gait, canter when asked, or simply drop the reins and let him flat-foot walk alongside your buddies as you cross rugged country, I urge you to come check out Drew.
