Sex: Gelding Color: Leopard Appaloosa Height: 15.1 Weight: 1100 If you’re in the business of getting a job done and turning heads while you do it, TOMCAT is right up your alley. TOMCAT is an 8-year-old leopard Appaloosa gelding that I’ve had the pleasure to own the last 4 years. TOMCAT isn’t just a pretty face, this horse knows how to make a living. Whether it’s trotting 20+ miles through the mountains gathering cattle or roping big herd bulls he’s done it all. He has a stiff walk that will eat up miles on the trail getting you into the back country. Being the willing partner that he is he’s not afraid of the pack saddle either. I’ve packed everything from salt blocks to meat and antlers on him as well. I’ve also taken him to town and competed in team sorting and ropings. He’s a true all-around good horse and would be a great addition to anyone’s string. He hops in the trailer and backs out, he’s good to shoe, bathe and blanket.
