She has been hauled to shows and even the fair, where she was shown by a young 4h kid. This is a true all-around kind of mule that already turns heads wherever she goes. Whether you’re riding out alone or with a group, she handles new environments with confidence and maturity. Hills, brush, creeks, wildlife, dogs, farm equipment, nothing seems to rattle her. She is just as comfortable leading as she is following or riding in the middle. On the trail, Deedee is steady and thoughtful, picking her way through tough terrain with the balance and security mules are known for. She rides out quietly and is happy to be saddled up for any adventure. Under saddle, she’s soft and responsive, moving off your leg nicely. She has a smooth walk, trot, and canter, and knows her leads. Deedee loads easily, stands tied, and has excellent ground manners.
