Gunsmoke is a 5 year old Tennessee Walking Horse gelding standing at 15’1hh. If you have been waiting on the perfect young gelding, here he is. Gunsmoke is marked and colored beautifully, as a “Dunskin” and has the ride to match.
This nice gelding has the perfect demeanor and personality. He does wonderfully in a crowd of horses; Leading a pack, in the back of the pack or easily separated and ridden alone.
Gunsmoke has been extensively trail ridden across Kentucky and Tennessee. He’s very comfortable and familiar with highway traffic, semis, construction equipment, farm equipment, cars/trucks, and motorcycles. He will cross water, ditches, downed trees and mudholes with ease. He loads and unloads perfectly on a trailer, is easy to catch in the stall or when turned out in pasture.
Gunsmoke has the smoothest gait you could ask for with a bridle and BRIDLELESS, loose rein or tight rein, it doesn’t matter.
He has a CANTER that makes you feel like you are floating in the clouds.
Gunsmoke has been started at riding bridle-less, but still has a few finishing touches to be perfected. He willingly picks up all four feet, stands quietly for the farrier, clipping, and for bathing.
This nice young gelding is a pleasure to ride, and will only get better with his perfect rider. Gunsmoke is a big, loving horse and is so willing to do whatever you ask of him.
He is a lovely lady’s horse or is big and stout enough for any gentleman.
