In order to be certified to breed they must be saddle broke and display gait and the Kentucky Mountain Horse reg is quite a rigorous standard of achievement Penny is from the Prince Albert Stables in Kentucky she has had 3 foals , she has not been ridden in some time but with the typical RMH disposition shouldn't take much to get her back into it .
